Caribbean Goes Country is an annual event that was created to help others in the world through our humanitarian aid with events that we host each year!

Our goal is to collect over 10,000 lbs of donations in one week! Caribbean Goes Country is an event associated with the Caribbean Goodwill Tours that have taken place for over 10 years and has been led by Dennis Woodworth, President and Founder of the tours. www.caribbeanbaseballgoodwilltours.com

Our goal is to create cultural and educational experiences through sport.

“Our combined efforts of each and every Canadian has made such a significant impact in people’s lives in Cuba. I have seen first hand what we do and how it impacts families lives here. Especially the youth.” states Dennis.

This movement of people will show that many people doing their little part will create a huge result. We are looking for school supplies for the local schools, medicine and toys for the local children’s hospitals including coloring books and crayons. Products for young women to help with the monthly. Clothing and footwear for kids as well.

Caribbean goes Country will feature nightly shows to raise awareness to this issue and bring some of the very best Canadian country music talent to our event each year!

We will also have a Washer Toss Championship Tournament on the beach and an 8 team Softball Tournament played in different locations throughout the province.

One of the night’s we will feature 25 of the top singers from across Canada to compete for an all inclusive trip and be crowned champion for the event!

“When I saw the effects that Covid did to this country I just had to do more. Especially for the kids. What better way than to create a huge event for such great value and have each fan bring greatly needed donations to the event. We work directly with ICAAP, INDER, MINREX, the Minister of Tourism and the Minister of Education to ensure that what everyone brings gets to where it needs to go.” comments Mr. Woodworth.
